1. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are penalty-free. For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in the case of no-shows, the retained funds are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule for another period based on availability.
To guarantee your reservation, please provide the details of a valid credit/debit card.
Payment for accommodation must be made in full in RON at the time of booking, directly on the website www.panoramic-colibita.ro.
For reservations made by phone, a proforma invoice will be issued for the total amount of your selected stay. You must then send proof of payment to rezervari@panoramic-colibita.ro to confirm your reservation. If the invoice is not paid within 12 hours of issuance, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
In case of no-show, the resort reserves the right to release the apartment/room for the remainder of the stay. For guests without prior reservations, Panoramic Colibița cannot guarantee the availability of the desired rooms at the time of arrival.
