The sauna has proven therapeutic effects and provides a deep state of relaxation.  Whether you opt for dry or wet sauna ,a minimum of 15 minutes is needed to achieve considerable results.

  1. 1. Before entering the sauna it is mandatory to shower and use soap to remove cosmetics from the body;
  2. 2. Use the special (coloured) towel in the accommodation area;
  3. Keep quiet;
  4. 4. Keep the sauna and sauna area tidy and clean;

 

Access to the sauna is prohibited in the following situations:

 

  1. 1. Dressed and/or shod;
  2. 2. With spectacles and contact lenses;
  3. With crockery, food or other objects;
  4. With alcohol;
  5. 5. With metal objects;

 

Inside the sauna the following are Strictly Forbidden:

 

  1. 1. Adjustment of sauna equipment, in particular the hot stone oven, this can only be done by specialized staff;
  2. 2. Destroying or damaging sauna equipment;
  3. Dripping water over the hot stones;
  4. Placing objects on top of the hot stones;
  5. Indecent or obscene behaviour or the use of insults;
  6. Access for the minors unaccompanied by an adult;

 

Contraindications for the Sauna:

 

  1. Immediately after intensive endurance training;
  2. Circulatory problems
  3. Diabetes mellitus:
  4. People under the influence of alcohol;
  5. Pregnant women;
  6. Women during menstruation;
  7. Only people without contraindications can use the sauna;
  8. Only people without contraindications can use the sauna;
